PRECISE SMALL MOTORS PVT.LTD came into existence in the year of 1994 with expertise in manufacturing motors for switchgear units and other industry-specific requirements. As time progressed, we took our venture into designing motors for the domestic appliances sector. We have our expertise in designing and developing motors for customized application and use. From 2014, we cater to the manufacturing of induction motors from 1/20 HP to 10 HP with varying frequencies.
We are an ISO 9000:2015 certified organization and strive towards meeting the needs of our customers in India as well as abroad in quality and performance. We offer our clients a broad range of products that have sculpted a niche in the industry. Our products are manufactured with state of art technology, ensuring consistent quality in volume production. We have developed quality testing parameters and properly follow them. All our products are tested as per relevant standards and only the products that pass all the tests are dispatched to our clients. We make customized motors by understanding the requirement of our clients and designing to their end requirements.
Our product range includes Domestic appliance motors, Switch-gear / Circuit breaker motors, FHP Induction motors, Vacuum pumps; DC motors, and special purpose motors and armatures. We are also an exporter of these motors to countries like Australia, Russia and the USA.
Products
We undertake manufacturing and supply of standard general purpose induction motors ranging from 1/20th of an HP to 10 HP.
With our in house manufacturing and machining facility we are able to attain the market standards that are required. We offer our these motors in the B3, B5 and the B14 mounting options.
In most of the cases, the general purpose induction motors will find its use and purpose. However, in certain cases where the design is customer specific, using such general purpose motors would not be ideal. We therefore customise our motors to suit your requirements so as to ensure smooth functionality and a result oriented output. We manufacture custom motors for environmental testing ovens, dosing purposes, machinery used in the agricultural sector and circulation pumps among others.

Switch Gear Motors
Our range of electrical switchgear motors is engineered to operate in transformers ranging from 3 kV to 60 kV. Our design is optimum for protection of electrical appliances. We support in contribution of the overall stability of functions such as operations, design, maintenance, machine control etc which ensures no irregular supply of voltage.
Motors for Domestic Appliances
Manufacturing of motors for the domestic appliance market has always been our prominent business. We cature to manufacturing of motors for mixer grinders, wet grinders and vacuum cleaners.
Our range of mixer grinders are widely accepted in the market and is also used in prominent brands. Operating at 220V and single phase, we offer quality motors that also last long. We also cater to regional domestic appliances manufacturers from Kerala, Tamil Nadu Telangana and Karnataka
Like our Mixer grinder motors, our motors for wet/ dry grinders are also accepted by brands which are popular in the market.
Our range of vacuum cleaners is suitable for the dry vacuum cleaners. We are OEMs for ASPEE and SCAN make of vacuum cleaners
Our double disc floor cleaner is a versatile product for cleaning of all types of floors. It uses two rotating discs which work on the floor surface to clean it. The technology offers effective cleaning on rough as well as the smooth surfaces. Rotating at about 450 to 500 rpm, the brushes ensure effective cleaning.
Vacuum / Pressure Pump & Rotary Agitator
Vacuum pumps are one of our very first electrical products that was developed. Our Vacuum pumps range up-to 4 Bar and 520mmHg and is made of Diecast Aluminium body and a Neoprene Diaphragm. Working on a single-phase supply, these vacuum pumps are widely used in the bioscience industrial sector.
Rotary Agitators are used to seperate hazardous wastes and volatile substances. Maily used to seperate the phases of waste into solids, liquids and gases.

We undertake jobs in Armature and Stator winding as per the customer specifications and requirements
Commercial Segment
In the commercial segment, we manufacture motors for the coffee machines as well as fruit juice extraction machines.
Juicer machine motors range from 0.5 to 1 HP.
The best of the juice is extracted when all of the pulp is crushed at once. With our design, we have achieved this feat and have displayed the same to many sugarcane juicer machine manufacturers. We are now associated with them as their OEM.
We supply the motors for coffee vending machines (bean crushing purpose) to prominent OEMs across various brands. Our motors have been recognised and proved to be durable ensuring to meet their quality requirements.
